Among international highlights will be foie gras and Australian beef sirloin, while seafood delicacies on the menu include stir-fried blue crab with black pepper, stir-fried blue crab with yellow curry, deep-fried soft shell crab with garlic and pepper, stuffed crab, and fish maw soup with blue crab meat. Also seafood on ice with blue crab, shrimp, oysters and New Zealand mussels.
