A la carte offerings include black mussels in a white wine sauce with tomatoes, celery, parsley and French fries, grilled salmon fillet with beetroot, radish, pancetta and watercress, and tiger prawns in chili lime butter served with crispy garlic bread and a garden salad on the side. Other highlights from the enticing menu include plump honey glazed Hokkaido scallops with young samphire, carrots and coconut foam, a delightful crab meat risotto with tarragon, fennel and purple carrots, and delicious charcoal grilled lobster with crispy garlic and onion, creamy spinach and corn.
Diners choosing fresh items on ice by weight from the Babette's Seafood Market can order them grilled, pan-fried, sauteed or poached in butter. Selections from Hokkaido scallops, Canadian lobster, snow fish, tiger prawns and much more.
