New menu of spicy salads adds to the charm at one of Bangkok's finest Thai restaurants.
Charm Thai at Holiday Inn Bangkok presents a new à la carte menu featuring one of northeast Thailand's signature dishes, Som tam with its addictively hot and refreshingly sharp flavors throughout August and September.
Like many Isaan foods, som tam is known for its piquant flavors. While chefs at Charm Thai will be upholding the culinary tradition, they'll also be preparing Som tom in a variety of ways to suit all tastes, but all with the dish's characteristic crispy texture and well-balanced flavors, exemplified in the menu's Som Tam Talay (spicy papaya salad with seafood).
Other menu highlights include Som Tam Kao Pod (spicy corn salad with dried shrimp) and Som Tam Charm Thai (spicy papaya salad with boiled egg and condiment).
Prices start at Baht 180 per dish.
