Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok invites guests to create fond memories with their mom on Mother's Day with a sumptuous seafood buffet at NEXT2 Cafe and special Chinese dishes at Shang Palace.
NEXT2 Cafe will celebrate Mother's Day with special seafood buffet brunch and dinner for Bt 2,500 net on 12 August 2016. A wide selection of classic delicacies will grant diners quality time with their mothers. Particularly worth trying is the Coconut Soup with Soft-Shell Crab and Thai Herbs, Thick Curry with Phuket Lobster, Singaporean Chilli Crab and Lobster Bisque with Saffron Aioli and Crispy Garlic. Apart from classic dishes, many tasty choices include Sushi and Sashimi, Pan-Fried Foie Gras and tandoori dishes. The buffets will also tempt diners with an array of delicious classic desserts. Each table will receive welcome drinks upon arrival.
Family members wishing to surprise their beloved mom with a meaningful Chinese meal may visit Shang Palace, where celebrations will take place from 12 to 14 August 2016. Chef Chow Wai Man and his team will prepare special dim sum, such as Crispy Prawn Rice Rolls, Baked Barbecued Pork Pastries, Pan-fried Turnip Cakes, and a la carte dishes, including Buddha Jumped over the Wall, Peking Duck, Barbecued Suckling Pig, Pork Ribs Zhenjiang Style, to celebrate the occasion. Mother's Day Set Menus featuring authentic Chinese dishes are also available for Bt20,888 net and Bt 24,888 net for a table of 10 guests. Guests who choose to celebrate this important day with special crafted set menus will receive a Jasmine and Rosebud Tea Gift Set for their mom.
