Decolgen launches 'Tri Power with Zicow’ Football Camp Season 2 at Chonburi

Hemedes, OTC Marketing Director; and Jaroen Wongariyakavee, OTC Sales Director, joined force with Zico Foundation to launch 'Tri Power with Zico' Football Camp - Season 2 at Chonburi with aim to enhance young football talents' skills, health and fitness in pursuing professional football career in the future. Kiatisuk Senamuang, founder of Zico Foundation, said, "With an overwhelming success of the first 'Tri Power with Zico' Football Camp, held in collaboration with Decolgen last year, we are keen to launch the event for the second year. This year's football camp will be held at Chonburi, with the original spirit of inspiring young football talents to focus on unwavering improvement in pursuing a pro football career." A well-known player from Chonburi Football Club Kong Kroekrit Thawikarn will also join 'Tri Power with Zico' Football Camp Season 2 as a guest coach. "I'm very glad to be a part of this inspiring program that will encourage and support young football talents to reach their goal of becoming professional players. Moreover, they will also learn useful tips on how to take a care of their health and get themselves ready for the game," said Kroekrit. Kroekrit is left-handed and can play both forward and midfielder. Being a talented attacking midfielder, he is widely known for his shrewd and swift foot work, as well as incredible passing and goal shooting skills. The 'Tri Power with Zico' Football Camp Season 2 recruits 100 young gifted footballers age 13-17 years old in Chonburi to participate in skill building practices in Tri-Power, or three areas of power, comprising skills, as follows: 1. Power of Skills Building – emphasizes 4 skills - controlling, passing the ball, heading the ball and hitting the goal. 2. Power of Physical training – or "bodyweight training" - prepares each parts of the body utilizing one's own body weight or equipment like dumbbell with aim to gain muscle strength, faster movement and higher tolerance. These are essential in helping the players to play longer in the field and crucial for hitting the goal during the final part of the game, as statistics showed that most of goal hitting happen in the last 15-minute period, as many players of opponent team were getting weaker and exhausted. 3. Power of good health – always stay in good health is essential by getting enough sleeps and having regular exercise. When getting sick, take lots of rest and take medicine. During the rest period, keep exercising using bodyweight training techniques to help regain strength and quickly get ready to return to the game.
