Bangkok--19 Aug--Centara Pattaya Hotel
Centara Pattaya Hotel and Centara Nova Hotel & Spa Pattaya Led by General Manager Mr. Jonas Sjostedt along with the management team and staff visited Karunyawet Home for Disabled Ladies in Chonburi province. This charity and donation event aims to provide money earned from hotel's internal activities such as selling garland on staff's birthday party and second-hand market to this foster home. Centara team also brought some needed supplies and snacks to donated and hosted a dinner as well.
"Karunyawet Home" was opened in 1994 by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, a big supporter of various charities throughout the Kingdom, in an effort to overcome the problem of the increasing numbers of disabled people needing assistance. All of whom have mental or physical disabilities and some have both. The aim of the centre is to provide care services to ladies that have been abandoned or neglected by their families and have no means of support.
