Tender veal is a mainstay of Italian cooking anywhere, and Acqua, at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, has three special veal dishes on the menu throughout August.
Veal escallops breaded and combined with crabmeat makes an intriguing blend of flavours, and is priced at THB 890++. Veal Milanese is a Northern Italian recipe in which veal escallops are served with baked eggplant and cheese, price THB 990++. Also on the menu is a rack of veal prepared with potato frittata and served with a sauce of morel mushrooms, priced at THB 1790++.
