During the month of September, The Zuk Bar are presenting two exciting new cocktails of the month. They are Fire Coco & Bio-Berry, both of which feature an interesting blend of ingredients using exotic fruits mixed with liquor that are combined to pleasantly surprise all cocktail lovers, providing amazing new flavours from the very first sip.
Fire Coco (Baht 350++) : An interesting mix of Vodka and Malibu with Pineapple Juice and thick fresh Coconut Milk, shaken well together and poured into a glass with a drop of Kahlua and topped with burnt white-egg foam. With Kahlua caviar served as a side dish, this innovative cocktail presents the fresh taste of coconut and pineapple with the unique flavour of liquors … a great way to sweeten your evening!
Bio-Berry (Baht 350++) : Vodka, Peach Liquor, Raspberry Puree and Guava Juice shaken together with ice cubes and poured into long-ball glass topped with white-egg foam. Sip this fruity, sweet combination with homemade raspberry jelly ball and herring caviar, and enjoy a pleasantly cheerful experience!
