Singapore Exchange (SGX) collaborated with Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Singapore) and Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) to hold an investors event today at Anantara Siam Hotel in Bangkok.
Themed "Singapore: Diversification, Done.", the event brought together 50 large Thai institutional investors and the management teams of 10 public listed corporates from Singapore, to discuss about the potential that Singaporean companies hold for Thai investors looking to diversify their investment portfolio in ASEAN.
With a combined market capitalization of USD 22 billion, the 10 Singaporean companies have diversified businesses in China, Malaysia, India, Japan, and Singapore, and will offer Thai institutional investors exposure across several asset classes, including industrial warehouses, data centers, golf courses, residential properties, hospitals and gold.
