The SEC Board Meeting No. 9/2016 today resolved to re-appoint three persons to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Board of Governors for a second term, as follows: (1) Mr. Subhak Siwaraksa; (2) Mrs. Jotika Savanananda; and (3) Mr. Somchai Thaisanguanvorakun.
The new governors will take office for a two-year term from September 2, 2016 to September 1, 2018.
