The elegant afternoon tea includes savoury bites such as marinated prawns with tomato and blood orange jelly, mini brioche with duck rillettes and orange, brie with kumquat on rye, and ricotta tartine with avocado, smoked salmon and grapefruit zest. There will also be sweet treats including orange financiers, blood orange cake, chocolate orange truffle, yuzu rolls, and more. The dainty delights are recommended to enjoy with The Sur Le Nil by Mariage Frères, a refreshing green tea with a rare citrus burst sustained by a hint of sweet spices. Established in Paris in1854, Mariage Frères is considered by many to be the finest tea in the world and uses the premium quality tea buds from all four corners of the globe. A selection of autumnal cocktails are also available.
