Big portabello mushrooms stuffed with tomino cheese and smoked speck, then browned under the grill, are available for Baht 690++ per serving. Verrigni spaghetti, imported from Abruzzo, the only "cold die" pasta in the world and which has an intense wheat taste, complements perfectly the ocean flavour of Canadian lobster and is enhanced by chanterelle mushrooms: price Baht 1,890++. Morel mushrooms, highly prized by chefs and gourmets for their savoury taste, are lightly fried and added to the rich and hearty classic Tournedos Rossini with pan-searedfoiegras: price is Baht 1,790++.
