Bangkok--12 Sep--Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya Thailand has beautiful neighbours, with fascinating culinary traditions, and a selection of dishes from the region is being served throughout September at Oasis, the all-day restaurant at Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. From Laos, there is khaojee Vientiane, in which a French baguette is stuffed with pork pate, lettuce, tomato, carrots and onions, and given an extra zing with a dash of chilli sauce: price, only Baht 190++. Cambodia presents amok, a creamy fish curry served in a banana leaf and priced at Baht 230++. Myanmar's mohingais considered a national dish, and is a hot-and-sour soup made with fish and rice noodles: enjoy it like the Burmese do at any time of the day from breakfast onwards, at Baht 250++. Oasis has been newly renovated and now offers more outdoor seating than previously. Located on the lobby level, the restaurant is open from 06.00 to 23.00 hrs.
