The entire treatment lasts for 120 minutes, and begins with a relaxing five-minute foot cleansing ritual. This is followed by a full 60-minute deep muscle massage, using aromatic oil to penetrate the aching muscles, and then a steam-heated hot herbal compress for a further 25 minutes to access and release the tension in the muscle stress points.
With the muscles relaxed it is then time for an organic facial to brighten tired skin, and a head massage with a hot towel compress on the neck and shoulders to relieve the last of the tension.
