Sahaviriya Group arranged Bangsaphan Car Free Day 2016, an event under "Two Wheels Preserve Bangsaphan Project." The event has been held for 6 consecutive years, with aims toreduce energy usage, reduce global warming and support bicycle riding for good health. Mr. Narongphong Phothisombat, Advisor of Sahaviriya Group led groups of community leaders and people in Bangsaphan, 467 people in total, to join a bicycle ride trip from Bangsaphan District Office in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. This activity helped reduce 2,129.52 kgs of carbon dioxide emission approximately.
