During the Thai Vegetarian festival which runs from October 1-9th, The SQUARE at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square will feature a rotating array of vegetarian dishes. Some specialties include Vegetarian prawn in red curry, Massaman vegetable curry and fried rice and noodles with vegetables.
