H.E. Privy Councillor Palakorn Suwanrath (centre) graciously presided over the grand opening ceremony of the 30th Nai Lert Park Annual Flower Show "Forest for Life" at Lobby, Swissotel Nai Lert Park Bangkok recently. All proceeds from the festival go to Chaipattana Foundation and Pid Thong Lang Phra Foundation.
The 30th Nai Lert Park Annual Flower Show "Forest for Life" hosted by Swissotel Nai Lert Park in collaboration with Nai Lert Park Heritage Home. To celebrate the 70th anniversary of His Majesty the King's accession to the throne and the 84th birthday anniversary of Her Majesty the Queen this year, the theme of 'Forrest for life' has been inspired by the royal initiatives of His Majesty King Bhumibol regarding water resource development and conservation and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's Pah Rak Nam (Forest Loves Water) project to protect watersheds, revive deforested areas, encourage locals to plant new trees and promote agricultural management.
