Elements restaurant is renowned for creative French cuisine inspired by Japan. Your exquisite four-course dinner will include white asparagus and smoked tofu with onsen egg yolk, salmon roe and soba wafer, grilled tiger prawns with garlic puree, black daikon and prawn vinaigrette, and choice of crispy skin sea bass with mussel broth or roast chicken ballontine with endive, lentils and truffle butter. The gourmet dinner will end with white chocolate layered cheesecake.
