Rattana Norrapanlop (seated row: 4th left), president of the Thai-Chinese Women's Association, recently hosted a congratulatory party for Madame Chu Qingling (seated row: 3rd left), wife of the ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Thailand, to celebrate her acceptance of the prestigious award on the occasion of Thailand Women's Day 2016. The party was held at Dynasty restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok.
