Beautifully created by Chef Laurent Ganguillet, our Executive Pastry Chef and his team proudly present "Contrast of Chocolates" as our cake of the month for November 2016.
Attractively named, the cake is a combination of gluten-free Buckwheat Chocolate Cake and Swiss Chocolate Mousse, with mirror graces on top beautified by gold coated chocolate bars. Chocolate lovers will not be able to resist the cake in both its appearance and taste. The first bite delivers the full texture and taste of the mixture of the cake, followed by the scent of premium grade chocolate. This cake provides sheer pleasure in every bite - simply irresistible.
