Chainarong Noonpakdee, recently invited Mr. Suvat Chirapant, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign, recently presided as a guest speaker on "The Middle East Situation will affect Thailand" for friends of the National Defence College of Thailand – class 344 at the Emerald Coffee Shop's Private Room of the Emerald Hotel.
