COCA-COLA RECEIVES ITS EIGHTH AMCHAM CSR EXCELLENCE RECOGNITION FOR ITS CONSTANT SUSTAINABILITY DETERMINATIONS
The Coca-Cola system in Thailand, by Ms. Wanpen Lolertpiphop, Public Affairs Manager – Coca-Cola (Thailand) Ltd. (left), Ms. Pornnee Kantrakorn, External Affairs Director – Haad Thip PCL (2nd from right) and Mr. Rachain Intaracharoen, Activation Manager – ThaiNamthip Ltd. (right) recently accepted the '2016 AMCHAM Corporate Social Responsibility Excellence Recognition – Gold Level' for the eighth consecutive year from the American Chamber of Commerce by Mr. Glyn T Davies, United States Ambassador to Thailand (2nd from left). This year, Coca-Cola system in Thailand was also recognized for the 'Creative Partnership' designation for its long-term sustainability commitment in creating shared value through 'golden triangle' or cooperation between private sector, government and civil society through its respective 'Sustainable Business with Coca-Cola Project' which is a part of the '5by20' global initiative aimed at enabling economic empowerment for five million women across the company's value chain around the world by 2020.
