Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd., the Ministry of Science and Technology's National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and the Thai Makers community would like to announce the new schedule of "Bangkok Mini Maker Faire Year 2" that will take place in front of The Street Ratchada on January 21-22, at 13.00 – 20.00 hrs. There will be showcases of new works by Thai makers from across the nation, along with workshops and seminars for youths and the general public who are interested in maker culture. Admission is free.
The Bangkok Mini Maker Faire is part of the 'Chevron Enjoy Science' program, which is working to promote educational development in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), across both general and vocational education systems, as well as to inspire students to pursue further education and careers in STEM-related fields, which will help lay foundation for Thailand's long-term national competitiveness.
