Crystal Lagoons has appointed Derrick Roach as Regional Director for Central U.S., based in Dallas, Texas. With this move, the company expects to strongly increase its presence in the U.S.
Since opening its U.S. Headquarters in Miami, Crystal Lagoons has announced 11 projects throughout the U.S. from Florida to Nevada, including the $1-billion dollar development, "Bayside," near Dallas which will feature Texas's first Crystal Lagoon. Bayside - DallasCrystal Lagoons has partnered with Bayside Land Partners to create the first Crystal Lagoon in Texas as part of "Bayside," a luxury mixed-use development in Dallas. The marine-based mixed-use development, will boast an 8-acre Crystal Lagoon that is 25 times the size of an Olympic swimming pool and equivalent to 10 football fields of water.
Wynn Resorts - Las VegasCrystal Lagoons has teamed up with Steve Wynn to reinvent the iconic Las Vegas Strip, setting a new record for the largest Crystal Lagoon in the U.S. A 38-acre Crystal Lagoon will be the centerpiece of the new development at Wynn Las Vegas that will feature 260,000 square feet of premium meetings and convention space, a 1,000-room hotel tower, a small casino and extensive dining and nightlife.
Lake Nona – OrlandoCrystal Lagoons has partnered with Tavistock Development Company to develop an 11-acre recreational, manmade lake with crystal clear waters that will be a centerpiece of a new, luxury resort development within the 7,000-acre development of Lake Nona in Orlando, Florida
Metro Development - TampaCrystal Lagoons has partnered with Metro Development Group to develop four Crystal Lagoons in residential communities near Tampa, Florida, named Forest Brook, Epperson Ranch, Cannon Ranch and North Brook.
Solemia – MiamiThe two approx. 10-acre Crystal Lagoons will be part of the new, $4 billion, 183-acre master-planned community located on one of the largest remaining undeveloped parcels in South Florida east of Biscayne Boulevard. Twin Creeks – JacksonvilleA 14-acre Crystal Lagoon will be built as part of "Twin Creeks," a master-planned community located in St. John's County, Florida, between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Encompassing approximately 3,000 acres, Twin Creeks will include more than 3,000 homes, retail and commercial space, office space, two schools and numerous parks and waterfront dining, retail and an upscale single-family home community with private beaches on the northern side of the community.
