On Christmas Eve, Medinii welcomes guests with Sky Dining concept with unlimited pasta, pizza, wine, beer, cocktails, and soft drinks dinner. Pastas and pizzas come in a wide array of styles, ingredients, and flavours, with vegetarian options as well. The free flow pizza, pasta, and booze also comes with one selection of any premium main course, with selections such as pan seared salmon tomato confit in a saffron sauce or Australian Angus beef rib eye served with Bearnaise sauce heading the menu. A selection of desserts ranging from crème brulee to tiramisu to mousse di frutta is also on the menu, with one item included in the deal. The dinner affair runs from 6pm onwards and costs 1,999++ baht.
