Citi Bistro restaurant once again welcomes the 'season of giving' with a breath-taking, lavish buffer dinner for Christmas Eve. Start off with a salad appetizer with smoked salmon, foie gras mousse or duck and apricot pate followed, perhaps, by the marinated mushrooms and white asparagus. Move on to a selection of cold cuts and assorted cheeses from around the world, before tackling the seafood on ice and oyster bar. Traditional roast turkey is carved to your specification and adorned with all the trimmings or you can indulge yourself with international favorites including Tandoori chicken, Beef Stroganoff and BBQ meats and fish. No less than a dozen desserts are available to finish a truly gourmet feast
