An exceptional New Year's Eve five-course set dinner is being served at Don Giovanni Italian Restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, created by master chef Stefano Zaninelli using only the best fresh, seasonal ingredients.
This innovative menu includes new interpretations of classic dishes such as pan-fried foie gras with Amaretto apple mousse; steamed Canadian lobster on asparagus salad with wild berry dressing and salmon caviar; homemade tagliolini with truffle cream sauce; Prosecco sherbet; pan roasted snow fish fillet and tiger prawn with herb crust and beet-root, rosemary, caviar sauce; grilled Wagyu beef fillet and roasted Alaskan scallops with root vegetables and ruby port wine reduction – then to finish off, a cactus-shaped pistachio macaroon with raspberry sauce and chocolate soil.
This exclusive set menu is only THB 2,350++ per person (for food only)on the 31st of December 2016 from 18.00 – 22.30 hrs.
