Celebrate Chinese New Year at Atelier Restaurant where our international brunch buffet will feature a special menu of traditional Chinese favourites. Families gathering on Saturday 28 January can look forward to delicacies including: double-boiled dry scallop with Yunnan ham and shitake mushroom soup, suckling pig, Peking duck, Sauteed foie gras and yu-shang (salmon salad Chinese style).
Other culinary highlights on the brunch buffet include seafood on ice with king crab, oyster, mussel, shrimp and brown crab, plus grilled seafood as well as meat choices include prawn, crab, sea bass, Wagyu beef and lamb. Don't forget everyone's favourite foie gras, pasta, roasted meats, Indian curries and assorted European and Asian hot dishes, in addition to salad bar, soups and cheese selections.
For entertainment during Chinese New Year brunch, kids and all will enjoy magic show, balloon art and a lucky draw.
