Edge restaurant offers international dinner buffet featuring Chinese dishes special for Chinese New Year celebration such as Duck Rice, Whole Roasted Suckling Pig, Grilled Seafood, Dim Sum, Fish Maw Soup and Yu Sheng (Chinese Salmon Salad).
