Dynasty Chinese restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, is welcoming the year of the rooster with an extravaganza of superb two traditional Chinese set menus prepared by Master Chef Kam during this Chinese New Year 2017.
• Set A: THB 16,800++ / set / table (10 guests).
This menu includes a range of mouthwatering dishes such as shark's fin soup with shredded chicken and enoki mushrooms, roast Peking duck, sauteed Japanese abalone with Hong Kong kale, double-boiled chicken and conch shell with Chinese herbs, fried egg noodles with crab meat, gingko nuts and snow mushrooms in fresh milk.
• Set B: THB 23,800++/ set / table (10 guests).
Featuring a range of tempting hot appetizers, this menu also incorporates more classics, including whole BBQ suckling pig, steamed lobster with garlic, fried snow fish with garlic and chili, fried rice with shrimp and fresh scallops and gingko nuts and bird's nest in light syrup.
This celebratory feasting will be available from the 27th to the 29th of January 2017 and will also include a spectacular "lion dance" performance and each guest will receive the gift of an auspicious orange tree. Dynasty's full a la carte menu will also be available.
