A refined set menu begins with an eclectic platter including Whipped Goat Cheese, Smoked King Crab & Vanilla Cocktail accompanied by a premium premium Montaudon Champagne. Take a unique wine journey through renowned vineyards with select wines such as the Aile D'argent Blanc do Mouton Rothschild 2010 and Les Charmes Pouilly Fume AOC 2013.

This elegant event will begin at 6.30 pm and run until 10.30pm. Enjoy seven courses of sumptuous meat and seafood creations with signature Trader Vic's flair and appreciate the aromatic notes of each carefully selected vintage.
