Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine Chef Joan showcased an array of variety of tapas, live Paella cooking and succulent roasted pork accompanied by a free flow of Sangria. This sensational dining experience was completed by "Gipsy Night" performance by Keith DeMagalhaes on his guitar.
