Rooftop Hydroponic Garden Farm Organic Dinner
Start from 8.00 pm onwards
Raising the bar for eco-friendly fresh vitality, the rooftop Hydroponic Farm will transform into a garden dining paradise. Discover convivial dining that celebrates the best of Thailand's regional seasonal produce, with an exclusive organic four-course menu at a communal table. Savour an appetiser of 'Chiang Mai tomatoes and infused Murrah farm organic buffalo feta with garden basil'. Inspired by ocean freshness, tropical sweetness and spice, a second course plates 'Surat Thani prawns with mango-chili salsa and hydroponic leaves'. Firing up the senses and cooked in the coals is a 'Southern-line caught snapper wrapped in banana leaves with Thai herbs and wilted rooftop kale'. Dessert brings the island indulgence of 'Phuket pineapple carpaccio with pineapple granite'.
