Japan's famous Sakura cherry trees are in bloom. To celebrate this season of beautiful colour and scent, we invite you to enjoy a selection of sophisticated cocktails and mocktails inspired by spring and the Sakura blossom.
The Okura Prestige Bangkok's talented bartenders at Up & Above Bar will be serving up combinations that include the Sakura Royale, a vibrant mix featuring homemade raspberry and strawberry syrup with chilled Prosecco. Also prominent on the drinks menu is the unique Sakura Martini. Up & Above's take on this classic cocktail is given a distinctly East-Meets-West twist with a combination of Born Ginsen, Martini Bianco and truffle oil. The flavours of Japan are also to the fore in the delightful Simply Sakura mocktail which mixes cherry puree with yuzu juice, simple syrup and soda water for a bubbly taste sensation.
Sakura Blossom Cocktails are available daily from 1 April - 30 June 2017, 7 a.m. – 1 a.m., at Up & Above Bar. Prices start at Baht 475++ for cocktails and Baht 250++ for mocktails. Up & Above Bar is located on the 24th floor.
