Bangkok--24 Mar--Inspire Communications DNA Retail Link Co., Ltd., the operator of "KingKongPhone", has partnered with Tune Insurance to launch "KingKongCare" campaign to provide 90 days of protection against smartphone injuries for the owners and accidental damage such as water damage or crack screen for smartphones purchased at 36 KingKongPhone shops nationwide. The "KingKongCare" campaign starts today until February 2018. Mr. Samart Chuasiriphattana, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DNA 2002 Public Company Limited, the parent company of DNA Retail Link Co., Ltd., said: "I am very proud that KingKongPhone has quickly established trust with customers in merely a year. Our 2016 smartphone sales were 254 million baht. Currently there are 36 KingKongPhone shops nationwide selling smartphones and accessories. This year we plan to increase the number of our shops to 100 and expect sales to reach 1 billion baht. KingKongPhone shops exist in department stores including Tesco Lotus, Big C and Robinson. We are also planning to cooperate with True Shop to offer better services to customers. The "KingKongCare" campaign starts today until February 2018. Protection under "KingKongCare" is provided by Tune Insurance which covers vivo and OPPO smartphones for any damage caused by accident such as cracked screen and water damage as well as injuries to smartphone owners caused by short circuit or explosion within the first 90 days of purchase. Customers can report a claim for a damaged device or personal injury at 02 769 9800 during business hours (8:00am – 9:00pm). Staff will provide assistance promptly and professionally. Claim status can be followed up on vivo and OPPO websites or at any KingKongPhone shop near you.
