Quick and delicious, our "Skewers & Dips" selection offers an array of Thai, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and Indonesian delights, all grilled over charcoal for an enticing smoky flavor. It's the perfect choice for a light alfresco dinner shared with friends on a summer evening.
From a selection of 18, pick the 12 skewers of your choice for 588++ Baht or add two bottles of your favorite beer to enjoy for just 888++ Baht.
Thai skewers include beef red curry with tamarind dip, salmon with satay peanut dip, Isaan sausage with spicy brown dip, gai yang grilled chicken with sweet chili dip, and more. You can also discover a taste of Asia with sweet corn and Sechuan pepper dip, pork and pineapple with a soy glaze, sumac prawns, assorted vegetables with hoisin sauce, and other skewers cooked to order and served with accompanying dips. Our Indian chef will also prepare authentic chicken seekh kebabs, panneer tikka, lamb kofta, and mushroom and potato tandoori skewers.
Side dishes to enjoy with the tender skewers will include green apple, beetroot and watercress salad, rocket salad with grilled asparagus and feta cheese crostini, and there will also a bucket with three local beers. Your relaxed dinner at The Sala ends with a choice of refreshing summery desserts such as chargrilled pineapple wedge with chilli salt , Thai tea ice cream cookies, taro ice cream, and a tropical fresh fruit platter.
