A team of IMPACT pastry chefs led by Chef Ng Wai Meng, Executive Chef of Kitchen (left) and Chef Ruechatchai Phlangsoosirichai, Pastry Chef of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd (middle) won Free Style Cake decorating Competition and Free Style Hot Dessert Competition at Makro HoReCa 2017. IMPACT team came up with the theme of "Sufficiency Economy", presenting integrated agriculture based on His Majesty the King Rama IX's Sufficiency Economy philosophy. IMPACT team was announced the winner of the competition and receive a royal trophy from Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali.
