The committee of "Sahaviriya Fund for Bangsaphan Educational Development Project", consisting of proficiently academic advisors from the Office of the Basic Education commission of Thailand (OBEC), the Ministry of Education, the Office of Prachuap Khirikhan Primary Educational Service Area Zone 1 and Mr. Padungsak Pranudomrat, Assistant Vice President – Group Sustainable Development and Communication of Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (SSI), as a representative of Sahaviriya Group, together monitor and follow up the progress of the 3-year Education Development Plan of the 4 schools (Bangsaphan School, Ban Nong Chan School, Ban Wang Yao School and Ban Thong Mongkhon School) who have received supporting fund from "Sahaviriya Education Development Fund Project". The results, gained from the monitoring, reveal that they have achieved their performance, according to their education development plans.
"Sahaviriya Fund for Bangsaphan Educational Development Project" was launched by Sahaviriya Group in 2011 to promote and develop education in Bangsaphan in 3 dimensions (schools, teachers and students), by focusing on sustainable development and provide 3-year Baht 2.8 million sponsorships to schools in Bangsaphan who have submitted 3-year plans and passed the judgment of the committee.
