Photo Release: KTC held the 15th annual general meeting of shareholders for 2017 with resolutions passed for the payment of dividend at the rate of 4 Baht per share and the issuance of 30,000 Million Baht debenture.

Bangkok--20 Apr--Krungthai Card "KTC" or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited by Mr. Poonpat Sripleng (center)Chairman / Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee / Chairman of Corporate Governance Committee; Mr. Rathian Srimongkol (fourth from left) President & Chief Executive Officer held the 15th annual general meeting of shareholders for the year 2017. As a key matter of discussion, the shareholders have approved the payment of dividend from the net profit for 2016 at the rate of 4.0 Baht per one ordinary share. Dividend payment is scheduled for May 16th, 2017. As well, approval is granted for the issuance and offering of 30,000 Million Baht debentures. The meeting was held recently at Grand Meeting Room, Plaza Athenee Bangkok Hotel, a Royal Meridien Hotel.
