• White French asparagus with poached egg, prosciutto and hollandaise sauce
• Seared Hokkaido scallops on crunchy white asparagus with salmon caviar and cafe de Paris
• Australian grain-fed beef tenderloin with white & green asparagus, senso mashed potatoes and choron sauce

A vibrant theatre kitchen presents traditional roasts and grills of premium quality meats and seafood and supplies international gourmet recipes.
