The asparagus season is finally here and is the perfect time to visit Red Sky restaurant, Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld. Our chef, Christian Ham and his team pop up on menus to celebrate the change of season by combining asparagus with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients in special dishes. Experience tasty seasonal dishes for your wholesome meal such as Salad of white asparagus and house cured salmon served with smoked salmon roe and sauce Bearnaise; White asparagus soup served with baby scallops and white truffle cream; Pan seared Alaskan halibut served with a ragout of white asparagus, wild mushrooms and scallion vinaigrette; Butter poached jumbo French white asparagus served with choice of sauce Gribiche or hollandaise; and Roasted bacon wrapped jumbo French green asparagus served with tomato vinaigrette. And to finish off, there are mouthwatering desserts Strawberry shortcake parfait served with layers of strawberry, Chantilly cream and cake; and Coconut Panna Cotta served with strawberry consomme and fresh strawberries.
