The three members of the Orfeo Trio are active performers with considerable chamber music experience. Cellist Leonid Shukaev is a founding member of the St. Petersburg String Quartet, the Quartet-in-Residence at Wichita State University. Violinist Evgeny Zvonnikov joined the St. Petersburg String Quartet in 2010 and was recently named associate concertmaster of the Wichita Symphony Orchestra.
