CIMB Thai Bank stated that the bank has appointed Mr. Maris Samaram as an Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee.
His directorship and positions held in other companies are an Independent Director, Member of Audit Committee and Member of the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee of Indorama Ventures PCL, Director of PAC (Siam) Ltd, Director of Marsh PB Company Limited an Independent Director, Chairman of Audit Committee and Member of Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee of Tata Steel (Thailand) PCL.
Mr. Maris brings with him working experiences in various area. He used to be an Independent Director of Sub Sri Thai Warehouse PCL, Independent Director and Member of Audit Committee of Indorama Polymers PCL, Siam Commercial Bank PCL and Akara Resources PCL.
