Maurer – Loeffler, General Manager / Group Director of Operations Hua Hin & City Hotels (Thailand) of Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld has announced the appointment of Mr. Patrick Jean Frederic Fournes as Executive Chef – Bangkok Convention Centre of Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld.
Mr. Patrick Jean Frederic Fournes is a French national and has more than 20 years of experience in leading hotels including Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, Intercontinental Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates, Hilton Rabat in Morocco and Shangri-La Hotel in Indonesia and Hong Kong. Prior for being appointed as Executive Chef of Bangkok Convention Centre of Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, he was an Executive Chef at Amari Watergate in Bangkok, Thailand.
