Experience tasty our seasonal dishes such as Salad of white asparagus and house cured salmon served with smoked salmon roe and sauce Bearnaise; White asparagus soup served with baby scallops and white truffle cream; Pan seared Alaskan halibut served with a ragout of white asparagus, wild mushrooms and scallion vinaigrette; Butter poached jumbo French white asparagus served with choice of sauce Gribiche or hollandaise; and Roasted bacon wrapped jumbo French green asparagus served with tomato vinaigrette.
