Bangkok--20 Jun--Stuvik Racing Project After a difficult weekend at Buriram for the Thai driver, the next chance to re-ignite his championship hopes will come soon at the Suzuka International Circuit, on the 24-25th of June. The world-famous Suzuka circuit has hosted the Formula One World Championships for many decades and is one of the most notable circuits in the world. "I'm very excited to get my first laps in at Suzuka, it will be a new circuit for me, but I have driven thousands of laps on it virtually throughout the years, so I look forward to the challenge of driving it in real life with my Lamborghini Huracan GT3," Sandy said. Vincenzo Sospiri Racing has prepared an all-new Lamborghini Huracan GT3 that is being shipped from Italy for the Thai driver and his temporary teammate Nicolas Costa from Brazil. The Brazilian will replace Martin Kodric for the Japanese round. The damages from the crash sustained by Kodric at the last round in Buriram were too severe to repair. "We'll have a brand new car for Suzuka, I'm confident that we will be able to find a good set-up and compete for the top positions as we showed we could in Buriram. I think the Suzuka circuit will fit our car well, and I'm excited to finally get out on track for Free Practice." Sandy says. The third round of Blancpain GT Series Asia takes place on the 24-25th of June at the Suzuka Circuit in Japan. Sandy is supported by The Pizza Company, Singha Corporation, Dacon Inspection Services, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Thai Airways, ThaiWings Travel Agency, the Sports Authority of Thailand, and the Royal Automobile Association of Thailand.
