As a result, our customers will not be able to use our services at any KBank branch nationwide during that period. K-ATM Card, K-Debit Card, K-Express Cash Card, K-Web Shopping Card, K-ATM, K-CDM, K-PUM, along with all electronic channels, including K PLUS, K PLUS SME, K-Cyber Banking and K-Contact Center, will be inaccessible during that period, as well.
However, our customers will be able to use K-Credit Card, EDC and K-PowerP@y (mPOS) as usual.
KBank advises our customers to conduct any planned transaction during that period in advance and apologizes for any convenience that this may cause.
