Wine and Dine at Limoncello
Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort is offering an exceptional 6-course Wine Dinner at it's Limoncello Italian Restaurant, on the evening of Saturday 8th July. Each course will be paired with a matching wine from the restaurant's extensive and high quality cellar. Cocktails and drinks will be served from 6.30 p.m., with dinner commencing at 7.00 p.m.
Following an appetizer of tuna tartar salad, the fish course features a succulent steamed swordfish fillet; both courses are accompanied by a light and refreshing Pinot Grigio.
A lemon sherbet with homemade limoncello "palate freshener" provides a short respite before the main course is offered - a finely-textured seared venison fillet served with banana and onion jam, paprika, potatoes and juniper sauce, and paired with a full-bodied Chianti D.O.C.G, from Italy's central Tuscany region.
A platter of two Italian cheeses, served with an onion and port wine compote is perfectly accompanied by a ruby-red, medium-bodied Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C., and is followed by a traditional Italian favorite for dessert; Apple Tart with Cinnamon Ice Cream and Vanilla Sauce, for which the perfect match is a sweet, sparkling Muscato D'asti.
Guests can enjoy this spectacular Italian feast for just THB 1,250 nett per person. It is expected to be a highly popular event and early booking is advised.
