For an even more convenient financial experience, SCB Connect, a new financial service channel from Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) for customers to instantly contact the bank on the LINE application, introduces 4 new features as follows: 1) Branch queueing service: Get a queue number at an SCB branch you wish via LINE, 2) Document submission service: Send transaction-related documents such as transaction slips, police reports, ID card information to SCB via LINE, 3) Instant card suspension: Notify SCB to suspend your lost/stolen SCB cards via LINE, and 4) Instant comments and feedback on SCB services via LINE. A special SCB Connect sticker set is also available for users to chat with friends and loved ones when adding friend and registering SCB Connect on the LINE application. Simple steps to register with SCB Connect
1. Open the LINE application on your smartphone. Search for "SCB Connect" in the LINE official account and add as a friend.
2. Enter your ID card or passport number to verify that you are already an SCB customer. For non-SCB customers, a screen of general services will display for instant use.
3. Enter the phone number you provided to SCB to verify your identity again. An OTP will be sent to the phone number provided for customer identity authentication.
