H.E. Dr. Pichit Akarathit, Deputy Minister of Transport was the guest of honour at the opening ceremony of ASEAN+3 Symposium on Promoting Regional Connectivity, held at Dusit Thani Hall of Dusit Thani Bangkok, organized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, with Dr. Suriya Chindawongse, Director-General of ASEAN Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs gave a warmth welcome to all participants.
